Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we, the NOCTURNE contributors, an independent team from the Robinhood Chain community, collect when you use NOCTURNE, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as the product needs. NOCTURNE is not made or endorsed by Robinhood.
What we collect
- Account: the identifier Privy gives your account, and the email address or wallet you log in with (handled by Privy).
- Linked wallet: if you link one, the address you prove you control by signing a message.
- OpenRouter key, only if you connect one: stored encrypted, used only to run your agents, never shown back in full.
- Your agents: their names, the instructions you write, settings, decisions, virtual results and what their model calls cost.
- Telegram: your chat id, username and alert preferences, if you connect the bot.
- Repeat: your wallet address and transaction hashes of swaps you record; these are public onchain anyway.
- Technical data: IP address and browser details for security and rate limits, kept in logs for up to 30 days.
- Your browser: small local-storage entries (a session flag, your Telegram link token) and a cookie that remembers your invite for 60 days. We use no advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To run the service you ask for (legal basis: contract), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), and to send the alerts you choose (consent, withdrawable at any time with /stop).
Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of NOCTURNE for us: Privy (login), OpenRouter (the AI models your agents call), Telegram (alerts), our hosting and network providers. We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
Onchain data
Seals, receipts and your own swaps are public on Robinhood Chain and cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.
How long we keep it
Account and agent data until you ask us to delete your account; logs up to 30 days; alert settings until you disconnect Telegram.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use. Contact us through our Telegram channel, t.me/nocturnetrade. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.
Security
Keys are encrypted at rest, access is restricted, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure. If you find a problem, tell us through our Telegram channel, t.me/nocturnetrade.
Children
NOCTURNE is not for anyone under 18.

We will update this page when our practices change and note the date above.
